Location: National Breeding Centre, Leamington Spa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Interview dates: 31st October and/or 1st November
Salary: £19,156 to £20,283 per annum

The Role

The overall purpose of the Reception Coordinator is to have a primary focus on exceptional customer service, to provide efficient and effective Reception cover and to undertake associated administrative support. To ensure that adequate cover is in place at all times by co-ordinating & actively supporting a volunteer programme in liaison with the Facilities Manager and Volunteering staff.

About You

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

Worked in a front line customer service environment. 
Evidence of being a team player with a logical approach and calm under pressure. 
Attention to detail, thorough and can deal with confidential issues sensitively and with tact. 
Can use initiative in problem solving. 
Able to manage the expectations of the customer and recognise when to escalate issues to a higher level.
