Contract type: 7 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Burghfield, Reading
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Working pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Interview dates: To be confirmed
Salary: £21,568 to £22,838 pro rata per annum

The HR Team at Central Office are recruiting for an HR Coordinator to act as the first line of contact to all customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving HR queries in a timely and effective manner. We’re looking for someone with proven HR Experience to administer end to end employee lifecycle transactions and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

Demonstrable excellent communication skills and the ability to building strong relationships. 
Proven ability to prioritise effectively under pressure and multi task including strong organisation skills. 
Demonstrable excellent customer service skills. 
IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
