Working pattern: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (may be required to work to a rota of hours between 8am and 6pm)

We’re recruiting for an Office Supervisor (Known as Operations Support Supervisor at Guide Dogs) to be responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring that anyone engaging with the local office, whether in person or through virtual means, will experience high standards of customer service and efficient professional support. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, positive team-player, acting as the point person on site with a hands-on approach for all office operations and procedures including customer and visitor experience, office administrative procedures and Operations Support staff performance

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

Involvement in leading or supporting projects to successful conclusion.
Supervision of others – in either a coaching or developing capacity.
Highly motivated towards delivering a person-centred service. 
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
