Salary: £17,879 to £18,931 + £4,105 London Weighting pro rata per annum

We are looking for an Access Assistant to enable our Engagement Officer to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. This includes assisting with their travel to and from locations other than the London office and providing support in meetings and skype calls with colleagues, both internal and external.
In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;
• Locating addresses, planning and booking travel to ensure the Engagement Officer is able to fulfill their diary commitments in a punctual manner.
• To provide sighted assistance including orientation and sighted guiding in unfamiliar environments. Sometimes this involves evening and weekend work.
• To note take and read documentation (online and offline) as required and handle/save information to the network in a sensitive manner and in compliance with new data protection regulations.
• Provide exercise and environment enrichment for the Engagement Officer's guide dog.
